The easiest way to book is by giving me a call. We’ll chat about your session, find the perfect date, and secure your booking during the call.

To confirm your session, the session fee is due at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable but can be transferred if you need to reschedule. Life happens - we’ll make it work!

Your session fee covers everything that happens before, during, and after your shoot:

• Pre-session planning and preparation

• The photography session itself

• Post-production editing and retouching

• Access to props, if needed

The session fee doesn’t include digital images, prints, or portrait products. You’ll select and purchase these separately at your ordering appointment.

Absolutely! Your furry family members are always welcome. Whether it’s a playful pup, a chilled-out cat, or another beloved pet, they’re part of the family, and I’d love to include them in your photos.

Yes, I do! I want to make it as easy as possible for you to enjoy your portraits. Payment plans can be tailored to suit your needs—just let me know, and we’ll work something out.

Not at all - but hear me out! While I won’t force you into any shots, it’s so important to have photos with your children. These moments are fleeting, and having pictures together is something you’ll treasure in the years to come. Plus, your kids will love seeing you in the photos with them.

Our studio is located in Berwick’s Ramparts Business Park, we have free parking right outside.

It all comes down to the backdrop and vibe! Studio sessions offer a cosy, controlled environment and are especially great for little ones. My studio photography has a relaxed feel.

Outdoor location sessions, on the other hand, capture the beauty of the outdoors and allow for more candid, natural moments. We’ll chat during the booking process to decide what’s best for your family. (If you think you might be interested in an outdoors/location session, check out the Outdoors page on the drop down ‘family’ menu above - these sessions are great for older children.)

You’ll receive an email with all the details before your session, including what to bring to make the session as smooth as possible.

No need to stress! I’ll send you a what-to-wear guide with outfit ideas and inspiration well before your session.

But as a guide for studio sessions, try to coordinate colours so they are complementary; simple is always best. Feel free to bring a change of clothing and any special items or favourite toys that you would like to include in the photographs.

For the simple white studio sessions, I recommend that everyone wears white or cream: for men, beige chinos or white/very light stonewashed jeans along with a linen shirt looks great; for ladies, a white/cream dress or a nice top with white jeans/leggings; and a little romper suit or dress for baby. We do have a few cute baby outfits for use in the studio but please check we have the right size for your little one.

Professional makeup and hairstyling are available on request. French manicures are advised for maternity and sessions where mum will be in the photographs.

After your session, we’ll book an ordering appointment (usually 1–2 weeks later) where you’ll view at least 20 of your portraits. Once you’ve chosen your favorites, product orders typically take around 28 days to be fulfilled.

Approximately one week after your photography session, you will be invited back to the studio for your View & Choose ordering appointment to look through your edited photographs and make a selection. You'll be able to see everything on a big screen for an easier viewing experience.

Framing and wall display examples can be viewed during the ordering session enabling you to see exactly how your photographs could look. I can assist you step-by-step in the selection process, ensuring that you have the right pictures, frames, and mounts for your home and décor.

Please Note: Ordering appointments usually last around an hour and are not much fun for small children. We recommend that you set aside your viewing as some quality 'me' time, either with or without your partner but preferably without the children. Trust us, they will thank you for it!
